Description:
Candidate will be responsible for development and maintenance of Stratify database schema and applications. Candidate should have knowledge of database technologies with software applications along with good understanding of database tools that support them in tuning data model for performance.


Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Minimum 4 years of working experience with database technologies
• Strong DBMS principles and SQL programming skills
• Hands on experience in design and building of database applications
• Open to new technologies and eager to learn
• Implementation of stored procedures, functions, views and ad-hoc queries for database applications
• Experience with testing methodologies
• Unit testing of database objects
• Trouble shooting skills and fixing bugs in the existing SQL code base in a timely manner
• Support services team in crisis mode
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Working experience with SQL server 2005
• Understanding of SQL Common Language Runtime (CLR) programming
• Working experience on distributed databases
• Understanding the concepts of DB performance, HA (high availability) and scalability
