Job Description
Key member of our client's elite engineering team, you will design and develop the user interface for a new electronic discovery application that is of key strategic importance for our client's long term plans. Working with a small team focused on building the new application, you will be expected to collaborate with product management to design the user interface and work independently in the implementation.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 5-7 years of experience in designing and developing web browser based application
• Expert level experience with DHTML and CSS
• Strong expertise in graphics and web development tools such as Photoshop
• Experience in dynamic websites using AJAX and client-side Javascript
• Experience in clean modular design
• Very good understanding of cross-browser development and usability issues
• Experience in XML, Javascript development and Flash is a plus
• Good understanding of software development practices and experienced in delivering and supporting production quality software
• Proven ability to work in small groups under tight project deadlines, understand workflows and requirements and communicate effectively with back-end developers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
